QUICKQ & BRAINDRYVR: Each 6-hour real-time, online class is the equivalent of a 1-day workshop. The first two classes introduce Dr. Swingle's QuickQ & BrainDryvr methods. The instruction is designed to help newcomers learn what has been shown to work from experience and evidence-based research. All materials were created to provide guidance for professionals who are new to the use of EEG biofeedback. The QuickQ topic covers the assessment procedure and how to create session reports for patients. The BrainDryvr topic covers the simplest protocols for BrainDryvr neurofeedback. Participants receive student notes that include details on how to use the latest technology and techniques. The combined QuickQ & BrainDryvr class covers both subjects in only 6-hours and is for practitioners that have experience with neurofeedback. The "Grand Rounds" class provides an opportunity to QuickQ & BrainDryvr users to spend an hour per month for 6-months with Dr. Swingle online getting his thoughts, and feedback from other practitioners, in a case presentation format. |

DYSPHAGIA: Each class is the equivalent of a 1-day workshop. The class provides 6 hours of instruction divided into four 90-minute online lectures (Introductory & Intermediate Levels), or 6 hours of instruction divided into six 60-minute online “tutorials” or Grand Rounds sessions (Advanced Level). There are no breaks during the online sessions. The levels are designed to help newcomers learn what has been shown to work from experience and evidence-based research. Participants receive student notes that include details on how to use the latest technology and techniques. The instructor intro-duces the subject for each level, and covers Dr. Steele’s assessment procedure for using surface electromyography methods for rehabilitation. |
